Information for Citizens of the "Old Confederacy"

You can proclaim your Southern Heritage every day with your official, state authorized, Southern friendly, specialty license plate.  You DO NOT have to be a member of the SCV to get one of these good looking, Sons of Confederate Veterans license plates for your vehicle.  You simply ask for this SCV Specialty Tag when you go to your local tag office to renew your tag, prior to you next birthday or if you purchase your tags online you can select it at that time.

The cost for this tag is the same as most other specialty tags.  You will pay a one time manufacturing fee of $25.  Other than the manufacturing fee, you only pay $25 extra per year to display this beautiful, proud to be Southern, license plate on your car for an entire year.  And please note that 40% of that $25 fee  goes directly to the Georgia Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans each year.   That money is used for educational purposes and to help preserve monuments and the good name of our honorable Confederate ancestors.
